VIP Photo Opportunity Guidelines

As a VIP ticket holder, you’ll have the opportunity to take a commemorative photo with Sayo Komada after the concert.

To help the photo session run smoothly and ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience, please read the following guidelines.

Photo Session

• A staff member will use your own smartphone to take your photo.
• Each guest is allowed one photo only.
• Please note that retakes, burst mode, and video recording are not permitted.

Before Your Turn

To help keep the line moving, please have your smartphone ready before your turn.

• Open your camera app in advance.
• Let the staff know if you would like your photo taken in portrait or landscape orientation.
• Please make sure your phone has sufficient battery life and available storage space.

During the Photo Session

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

• Please do not touch the artist (including handshakes, hugs, or similar physical contact).
• Please follow the staff’s instructions regarding poses and positioning.
• Requests that require excessive time or close physical contact may be declined.
• The photo session is limited in time, so we appreciate your cooperation.

Additional Information

• Guidelines regarding sharing your photo on social media will be announced separately.
• The event organizer is not responsible for technical issues with personal devices, including low battery, insufficient storage, or failure to save photos.

    Please read the following information carefully before purchasing tickets.

    Ticket Policy

    • All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded after purchase, except in the event that the performance is canceled by the organizer.
    • No refunds will be provided if transportation is disrupted due to natural disasters or other circumstances and the performance proceeds as scheduled.
    • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

    If the concert is canceled, refund information will be announced on Sayo Komada’s official website and official social media accounts.

    Venue & Event Guidelines

    • Please avoid bringing large luggage, such as suitcases, as storage space is not available at the venue.
    • There are no lockers at the venue. Please use nearby coin lockers if needed.
    • Cheer items such as fans or message boards are welcome, provided they do not obstruct the view of other guests.
    • Please hand any letters or gifts to the merchandise staff.

    The following items cannot be accepted:

    • Food or beverages
    • Perishable items
    • Opened, used, or handmade items
    • Medicine or hygiene products
    • Cash, gift cards, prepaid cards, or other cash-equivalent items
    • Luxury items or anything considered dangerous

    The organizer reserves the right to refuse any gift at its discretion.

    Children

    • Infants are not permitted.
    • One preschool child may attend without a ticket if seated on a guardian’s lap.
    • A separate ticket is required if the child will occupy a seat.
    • Guests under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

    Event Information

    • Ticket service fees and other applicable charges will be added at the time of purchase.
    • The event schedule, including door times, performance times, and merchandise sales, is subject to change without notice.
    • The event may be postponed, modified, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including severe weather or performer-related reasons.
    • If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date and refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled.
    • Transportation, accommodation, and other travel expenses are the responsibility of each guest and will not be reimbursed.

    The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, theft, lost property, or damage to personal belongings before, during, or after the event.

    Flowers

    If you wish to send a flower stand or floral arrangement, please contact the organizer in advance.

    Due to venue restrictions, flowers may not be accepted without prior approval.

    Acceptance of dressing-room flowers is also subject to venue regulations.

    There is no cloakroom at the venue.

    Guests using wheelchairs are kindly asked to contact the event organizer in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
