上記のことをあらかじめご了承いただいた方のみチケットをお申込み・ご購入ください。公演が中止になった場合には、公演公式サイト・公式SNSにて公演中止のお知らせ、払戻し方法のご案内をさせていただきます。

※キャリーケースなどの大きな荷物のお持ち込みは他のお客様のご迷惑ともなりますのでご遠慮ください。また、会場内にコインロッカー等はございませんので、最寄駅等の近隣コインロッカーをご利用ください。
※当日、応援グッズ等（うちわやネームボードなど）の持ち込みは可能でございますが、ご自身の体の幅を超えない範囲のサイズ・ご自身の「胸の高さ」でご利用いただき、前や後ろのお客様の邪魔にならないようにお願い致します。
※ファンレター・プレゼントにつきましては物販スタッフへお預けください。
※以下に該当するものは受け取ることが出来ません。
・飲食物、生もの
・開封済、手作り品、使用済み品等
・医薬品・衛生品など
・現金や金券、プリペイドカード等、お金に相当する物。高級品
・危険物と判断されるもの。
上記以外でも、品物の状況をみてお断りする場合がございます。
※乳幼児同伴不可、未就学児の方は、チケット1枚につき1名まで保護者の膝の上でご参加いただけます。
※未就学児の方が座席を使用する場合はチケットの購入が必要です。また、イベント当日時点において18歳未満のお客様が本イベントに参加する際には、必ず保護者の同意を必ず得て頂き、また、各都道府県で制定されております「青少年保護育成条例」を含め法令厳守をお願い致します。
※ご購入時に決済手数料などが別途かかります。
※チケット購入後の営利目的の転売は固くお断り申し上げます。
※イベント当日、イベントスケジュール（開場・開演などを含む）及び物販販売時間を変更する場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。
※自然災害を含め、出演者やその他の都合により、やむを得ずイベントの全部または一部を中止または日程変更させていただく場合があります。予めご了承ください。尚、日程変更に伴う払い戻しは無く、中止の場合のみ払い戻しをさせていただきます。また、イベントが中止、延期となった場合の交通費や宿泊費等の補償はいたしません。

※返金・クレーム及びお席の振替は一切お受けできません。予めご了承ください。
※お客様がご利用になられる交通機関の麻痺等による、期日や座席の変更、払い戻しは致しかねますので、ご承知おきください。
※会場内・外にて発生した事件・事故・盗難・感染症・怪我等は、主催者・出演者は一切責任を負いません。また、貴重品を含む物品は各自で管理してください。
※会場への直接のお問い合わせはご遠慮ください。

【スタンド花についてのお願い】
開催会場の都合により、スタンド花・アレンジ花をお送りいただく場合は、必ず事前に主催者までご連絡ください。
会場搬入・撤去時間の指定がございますので、事前確認のないお花はお受け取りできない場合がございます。
また、楽屋花・花束などの受付可否についても、会場規定に準じます。

【ご来場者様へお願い】
※会場内にクロークはございません。ロビーでのお荷物のお預かりもお受けできませんのでご了承ください。大きなお荷物は周辺のコインロッカーのご利用をお願いいたします。
※車椅子をご利用のお客様は、予め各公演に関するお問合せ先までご連絡を頂けますようお願い致します。

上記の注意事項は、開催時の状況により、ご案内に変更が出る場合があります。

*Please refrain from bringing large luggage such as suitcases as it may cause inconvenience to other customers. Also, there are no coin lockers inside the venue, so please use nearby coin lockers such as those at the nearest station.
*On the day, you may bring cheering goods (such as fans and name boards), but please make sure they are no wider than your body and at chest height, and do not get in the way of customers in front or behind you.
*Please hand over any fan letters or gifts to the merchandise staff.
*The following items cannot be accepted:
・Food, drinks, and perishable items.
・Opened items, handmade items, used items, etc. ・Medicines, hygiene products, etc. ・Items equivalent to money, such as cash, gift certificates, prepaid cards, etc. Luxury items and items deemed dangerous.
In addition to the above, we may refuse your return depending on the condition of the item.
*Infants are not allowed, but up to one preschool child per ticket may participate sitting on a parent's lap.
*Preschool children will need to purchase a ticket if they wish to use a seat. In addition, if anyone under the age of 18 on the day of the event is participating in this event, they must obtain parental consent and strictly comply with all laws and regulations, including the "Youth Protection and Development Ordinance" enacted by each prefecture.
*Payment fees and other charges will be charged separately at the time of purchase.
*Resale of tickets for profit after purchase is strictly prohibited.
*Please note that the event schedule (including opening and start of the event) and merchandise sales times may change on the day of the event.
*We may be forced to cancel or reschedule all or part of the event due to natural disasters, performers, or other circumstances. Please note. Please note that there will be no refunds for rescheduling, and refunds will only be given in the event of cancellation. *The event will be streamed live. It may also be filmed. Please note that in such cases, customers may appear in the footage.
*Please note that we will not accept any refunds, complaints or seat transfers.
*Please note that we cannot change the date or seat or offer refunds due to the paralysis of your means of transportation.
*The organizers and performers will not be held responsible for any incidents, accidents, theft, infections, injuries, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue. Please also keep all belongings, including valuables, in your own care.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue directly.

[Request regarding stand flowers]
If you would like to send a stand flower or flower arrangement due to venue restrictions, please be sure to contact the organizer in advance.
There are designated times for delivery and removal from the venue, so flowers may not be accepted if they are not confirmed in advance.
Additionally, whether or not flowers, bouquets, etc. can be accepted for dressing rooms will also be subject to venue regulations.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

[Request to visitors]
*There is no cloakroom inside the venue. We are unable to store your luggage in the lobby. Please use the coin lockers nearby for large luggage.
*If you are using a wheelchair, please contact the relevant performance information desk in advance.
